You can use your storage unit for most anything as long as it's not on the list below...
- Food
- Live animals
- Plants
- Firearms or ammunition
- Explosives
- Corrosives
- Flammable liquids or fuels
- Hazardous waste
- Illegal items
- Living in your storage unit is not allowed
Any items that are sensitive to humidity or extreme temperatures should be stored in a
climate-controlled unit. Documents, furniture, electronics, and pictures are a few
examples.

Yes. We do have you sign a contract, but it is a monthly contract. You are not required
to
rent
for a specified period of time.
Yes. We require a $30 deposit on Conventional and Climate Controlled Units. Upon
move-out if
your unit is clean, empty, and a move-out form has been turned in, we will refund the
deposit.
If you are renting an outside parking space, you do not have to pay a deposit.
You will need a driver's license or other valid government issued picture ID.
Yes. You can come in anytime during our business hours and rent a unit.
Yes. We will gladly give you a tour of our facility and let you choose the unit that is
best
suited for you.
No. Our outside spaces are open parking spots. If your vehicle will fit in a garage, you
may
rent an enclosed storage unit.
Yes. We are a U-HAUL dealer, and we have U-HAUL
Trucks
and
Equipment available for rent.
You will need your driver's license and a credit card or $100 cash deposit.
Yes. Our rows are wide enough for a tractor-trailer.
All payments are due on the first of every month.
You can pay your bill with cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express
or
Discover. You may also sign up for monthly Auto Pay. You can also follow the QR code
provided to
sign up for online payments on your account.
Current Tenants, employees, and local law enforcement
We require insurance to protect your goods; please ask about the options we can offer.
If
homeowners' insurance is selected, we require a rider that list your unit number and our
address
to insure coverage..
We carry UHAUL boxes and a variety of other moving supplies in our office for your
convenience.
Yes. We will accept deliveries for you. We request that you inform us of the delivery
and
when
it will arrive.
