What are your office hours?
Our office hours are:
Mon - Fri.....8:00am  to 6:00pm
Saturday......8:00am  to 4:00pm
Sunday........11:00am to 4:00pm

What are your access hours?
Our conventional units and parking spaces have 24/7 gate coded access.
Our Climate Controlled area is open during office hours only.

What can I use my storage unit for?
You can use your storage unit for most anything as long as it's not on the list below...

Are there items that I cannot store?
Yes, you may not store:

  • Food
  • Live animals
  • Plants
  • Firearms or ammunition
  • Explosives
  • Corrosives
  • Flammable liquids or fuels
  • Hazardous waste
  • Illegal items
  • Living in your storage unit is not allowed

Do I need a climate-controlled unit?
Any items that are sensitive to humidity or extreme temperatures should be stored in a climate-controlled unit. Documents, furniture, electronics, and pictures are a few examples.

What size do I need?

GENERAL IDEA OF UNIT CAPACITIES
5 x 5Walk-in closet size.
5 x 10Large walk-in closet. (1 to 2 rooms of furniture and boxes)
10 x 10½ of a one car garage. (2 to 3 rooms of furniture)
10 x 15Large bedroom. (3 to 4 rooms of furniture)
10 x 20One-car garage. (5 to 6 rooms of furniture)
10 x 30Large one-car garage. (6 to 8 rooms of furniture)
 Above sizes are approximate and not exact.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. We do have you sign a contract, but it is a monthly contract. You are not required to rent for a specified period of time.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes.  We require a $25 deposit on Conventional and Climate Controlled Units. Upon move-out if your unit is clean, empty, and a move-out form has been turned in, we will refund the deposit. If you are renting an outside parking space, you do not have to pay a deposit.

What will I need to bring with me when I rent my storage space?
You will need a driver's license or other valid government issued picture ID.

Can I walk in and rent a storage space?
Yes. You can come in anytime during our business hours and rent a unit.

Can I see the storage unit before I rent it?
Yes. We will gladly give you a tour of our facility and let you choose the unit that is best suited for you.

Do you have covered parking for my car, boat, or RV?
No.  Our outside spaces are open parking spots. If your vehicle will fit in a garage, you may rent an enclosed storage unit.

Do you offer truck rental?
Yes.  We are a U-HAUL dealer, and we have U-HAUL Trucks and Equipment available for rent.

What will I need when renting a truck?
You will need your driver's license and a credit card or $100 cash deposit.

Do you have tractor-trailer accessibility?
Yes.  Our rows are wide enough for a tractor-trailer.

When is my payment due?
All payments are due on the first of every month.

What are my payment options?
You can pay your bill with cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You may also sign up for monthly Auto Pay. You can also sign up for our Premier Customer Club. Your free membership allows you to access your storage account and pay your bill online.

Who has access to the gate?
Current Tenants, employees, and local law enforcement

Is my property covered by insurance?
You are personally responsible for insuring your stored goods. Renter's Insurance and Home Owner's Insurance will normally cover items stored in a rental unit when a "rider" is included. You can also purchase storage insurance through our Premier Customer Club.

Where can I get packing and moving supplies?
We carry UHAUL boxes and a variety of other moving supplies in our office for your convenience.

Will you accept deliveries on my behalf?
Yes. We will accept deliveries for you. We request that you inform us of the delivery and when it will arrive.
